About me
Dorcas Taidrik is a community leader and the Marshallese Heritage Language instructor for the newly developed Marshallese Heritage Language Program in Spokane Public Schools. She has served as an interpreter, translator, and community liaison in various organizations in Spokane including PICAWA, Manzanita House, and ASAP translations as well as offering community heritage language instruction for children. She is also a member of the Marshallese Heritage Language Advisory Board for Spokane Public Schools, offering a depth of insight into Marshallese cultural values, language, and way of life.
