About me

Yu-Kyung Kang is an associate professor in the Department of English at Gonzaga University. With an MATESOL and PhD in Writing Studies, her research and teaching interests include transnational literacy, second language writing, language ideology, linguistic justice, and global Englishes. As a former international student and current international faculty, her enthusiasm for and commitment towards supporting international multilinguals has been the motivating force behind her research, teaching, and administrative work.
